I am thrilled to share some fantastic news that stands as a testament to the hard work and dedication each one of you has put into our journey.
We have recently been awarded the prestigious Technical Excellence Badge from Mitel’s Global Partner Program.
This accolade is not just a badge; it’s a recognition of our collective expertise and exceptional performance in the Technical Performance Index (TPI), where we scored at or above the 80% mark. This achievement is based on our proficiency across three key elements:
- Our ability to resolve tickets at Level 1, with a target of less than 25%,
- Our preference for web tickets over phone calls, exceeding the target of 80%, and
- Our capability in managing tickets resulting in a defect, surpassing the target of 10%.
These metrics reflect our commitment to excellence and the high standards we uphold in our operations. They underscore our team’s ability to deliver outstanding technical support and service to our clients.
