- As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project’s procedures of initiation, planning, execution, regulation and closure as well as providing guidance of the project team towards achieving all the agreed upon goals within the set scope, time, quality and budget standards.
The role performs an important link in delivering key projects for customers and engaging those across the business that also need to support them.
Skills and experience
Skills/experience which will be highly regarded for this role are:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the delivery of Telecommunications and Unified Communications projects
- Experience utilising project management methodologies will be highly regarded
- Relevant industry skills will be highly regarded, particularly in Telecommunications and/or data networks and routing
- Excellent command of the English language and related grammar conventions, both written and verbal
- Ability and willingness to engage with both technical working groups and sales teams
- High degree of self-motivation
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Located out of either our Brisbane or Adelaide office.

Key expectations and attributes :
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Require Cisco CCIE/CCNP Collaboration qualifications with ideally CUCM skills.
- Network experience in administration and management across a multitude of technologies, including but are not limited to:
- Routers, Switches, Data Centre, MSP/ISP (geographically dispersed multiple POPs);
- TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching and network Proxy and load balancers;
- Internet routing using BGP, OSPF and IS-IS;
- LAN technologies and topologies, including VLANs, VXLAN, VRFs, MPLS, and QOS;
- Design and operations with network security including Firewalls, VPNs, IPS and DDoS mitigation.
- Cisco, Fortinet and or Palo Alto security applications would be favourable
- Carrier Grade WAN and VOICE Networks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to talk to various stakeholders
- Drive to learn and ability to problem solve

- We are seeking an experienced Mitel engineer to join our operations team for the delivery and support of Mitel U/Comms and Contact Centre solutions.
Skills and experience
Skills/experience which will be highly regarded for this role are:
- Solid understanding of network switching/routing and diagnostics
- Knowledge & experience of SIP Trunks
- Mitel certifications and experience with the installation, upgrade and support of:
- MiVoice Business
- MiCollab
- MiContact Center
- MiVoice Border Gateway
- Mitel 3300 implementation
- Current driver’s license
